What is the lead time from order to delivery?

Lead times vary depending on order size, complexity, and current production load. Typically, you can expect from concept approval to shipment in 3 weeks.

What about installation — do you handle that, or do you provide instructions?

We primarily supply the signage and provide detailed installation instructions (mounting hardware, foundation requirements, alignment). If required, we can help coordinate or recommend local installers.

What guarantees or warranties do you offer?

We offer a warranty against manufacturing defects and structural failures under normal use. In addition, we provide an optional protection agreement that covers incidents such as vandalism, accidents, or external damage.
